Training courses are delivered both on-site and virtual by those who have many years of practical experience.

The FSQS team will help you to achieve and maintain GFSI Certification for FSSC 22000, SQF, BRCGS, ISO 22000, and HACCP,  Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA) for the packaging industry.

FSQS Canada and Asia offices will offer complementary geographic coverage in delivering additional risk-based quality & food safety audits in the supply chain. We provide pre-assessments, internal audits, and gap assessments. We extend our services by providing blended internal audits, (remote and on-site audits), and virtual and face-to-face training programs with enhanced multilingual capabilities, in English, Chinese, Arabic, Spanish & French. 

FSQS offers cost-effective blended consulting services, both remote and on-site. Training programs are customized to your specific challenges and needs. We foster interactive communication during the virtual training courses by designing workshops to meet the need of the participants. Providing real-life experiences to enhance the content of the training material is a key hallmark in all our training programs.  

Food Safety & Quality Solutions was established by Jacintha Joseph in 2015. She is a Management Systems Consultant (Quality & Food Safety), Lead Auditor, and Trainer at Food Safety & Quality Solutions serving the food and food packaging industry to implement GFSI-approved schemes FSSC, BRCGS, SQF. She has previously acquired a strong foundation on ISO 9001 and has audited for 10 years for various non-food industrial sectors. As a consultant, she has excelled in helping large and medium size institutions.

Her work experience includes being a Third-party Lead Auditor for Food Safety (USA/Canada) for 12 years for FSSC/SQF with the top leading registrars.  She has 31 years of work experience internationally in the Food, Food Packaging, Food equipment, Food Chemical, and non-food industries inclusive of manufacturing experience in the food industry, consulting, training & auditing.  She has acquired practical experience from “Farm to fork” on Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.

She has completed BRCGS Food Safety Lead Auditor training (Virtual) in the USA, Canada, Emirates, London, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Indonesia, Ireland and Colombo Sri Lanka.  She is a gifted trainer and her delegates have acquired top scores in BRCGS exams.
